Services

Hollander Development has excelled in the acquisition, development and ownership of affordable and mixed-income residential communities since Joe Hollander founded the company in 1979. We have completed more than 40 multifamily communities totaling over 4,000 homes to date, and are experienced in conventional, HUD, FNMA and MSHDA financing. Our equity investors have included Huntington Bank, InSite Capital, Related Capital, Boston Capital, Enterprise Social Investment Corporation, Cinnaire Corporation, Fifth Third Bank, National Equity Fund, City Real Estate Advisors, Bank of Holland and private individuals.

We work with leading architects, construction managers, and local stakeholders to deliver projects that improve the quality of life for all members of communities. As developers we are often involved with projects from their conception until many years after they are built and occupied. At Hollander Development we are responsive to community needs, build assets that last, and deliver results that our clients and investors expect.
